A coaching business lives or dies on whether somebody who finds you at eleven at night can work out what you do, what it costs and how to start. A link in bio and a DM does not do that.
So we build one site that does the selling: who you work with, what the twelve weeks look like, what it costs, and a button that books a call. Then you can get back to coaching.
What a personal trainer website needs
Somebody finds you at eleven at night. Within a minute they need to know who you work with, what it costs, and how to start. That is the whole site.
- Packages and prices written down. Online, hybrid, in person, with the numbers showing. The people who message you have already decided they can afford it.
- A booking link that is not a DM. Calendly, Acuity or a simple form. They pick a time, you get an email, nobody plays message tag for three days.
- Proof in your clients’ words. What changed, written by them. Harder to fake than a transformation photo and a lot easier to believe.
- Found by people who do not follow you. Set up to show for your town and “personal trainer”, so enquiries keep arriving in the fortnight you have not posted.
Who we build PT websites for
Self-employed trainers renting space in a gym, online coaches with clients in three time zones, strength coaches, pre and post natal specialists, and the two-person studio that has outgrown a link in bio. Across Falkirk, Stirling, Alloa and Glasgow, and anywhere with a phone signal if you coach online. Run a gym rather than a client list? That is a different page.
What a personal trainer website costs
£50 a month, with hosting and updates included, on a two-year minimum, or the build paid up front and £10 a month for hosting. Groundwork is a concept trainer we built to show the structure, down to the Sunday check-in.
