We are a small agency in Central Scotland and we would rather grow people than poach them. If you are at college or university, just out, or self-taught and good, we want to hear from you. A placement, a first job, or an honest conversation about which one you are ready for.

Designers who can think. People who can write a sentence that sounds like a person. Developers who care how a page feels on a phone. Anyone who can make a video that does not look like a corporate video.
You do not need a degree. You need to show us something you made and be able to say why you made it that way.
Most of the people we want to hear from are within an hour of Falkirk, Stirling or Alloa, because placements work better in the room. If you are further away and the work is good, send it anyway.
- Send the form, with a link to something you made.
- We look at it properly and reply within a week, with an opinion.
- If it fits, a coffee somewhere central.
- Then a paid placement, a first job, or straight advice on what to work on and when to come back.
We are three people, so we do not always have an opening. We always have time to look at good work and say something useful about it.
What you would actually do
Real client work from the first week, with somebody checking it before it goes anywhere. You sit in on client calls. You learn how the money side works, because nobody teaches that at college. Your work goes live, on real websites for real businesses, and you can put your name to it.
