The challenge

Delta does the work nobody thinks about until an inspector asks for the certificate. PAT testing, fixed wiring, landlord safety, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers. Ten years of it, three hundred businesses, and a 4.9 on Google.

None of which helps if the person who needs it cannot tell in ten seconds whether you cover their type of building, their number of sites, or the one service they are actually chasing a certificate for.

What we did

We built the site around the two questions a facilities manager actually has: can you do this, and will the paperwork arrive. Seven services, each explained in a single line rather than a page of regulation. The sectors spelled out, from offices and hospitality to multi-site portfolios, so people recognise themselves immediately.

The process runs in four steps from first call to certificate, so nobody has to guess what happens after they get in touch. The proof Delta had already earned goes at the top rather than buried at the bottom, and the phone number sits in the header on every screen size, because a lot of this work starts with somebody ringing.
